Is the Duration Of Riding Vespas Related To The Risk Of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Vespa is a popular scooter vehicle in Indonesia. The rider tends to use their wrist flexion and extension positions while driving, especially when pulling vespa gas, controlling the brakes, changing gears. This repetitive movement could affect suppression of median nerve cause risk carpal tunnel syndrome. observational, analytic descriptive design was used see relationship between duration ride syndrome riders. 50 respondents were chosen using purposive sampling with inclusion exclusion criteria Motorbike community Malang City. A Carpal Tunnel Syndrome questionnaire assess Spearman Test examine both variables. All statistical analyses performed SPSS. normality test showed failure number rearing data (p<0,05). revealed that groups had significant (p=0,002). We concluded there riding riders.
